Dual sided so you can use them just about anywhere, and they come complete with a carry bag. (Use the plastic side on soft surfaces such as carpet etc, and the foam side on tiles, floor boards and such).
Core Sliders provide an extra level to your workout by challenging you to stabilise your core with each movement. You can increase cardiovascular endurance with things like burpees and mountain climbers by focusing on speed and coordination rather than foot placement. Or work on your strength and flexibility with exercises like Pikes to push ups, glute bridge with leg curls or planks and even extended planks. The workout are only limited by your imagination!
