Speed Ropes

How do I cut my Speed Rope to size?

Our ropes are made strong enough to last even the toughest workouts.
Because of this we recommend using sharp wire cutters when cutting the PVC coated wire to your desired length.

What is the right rope length for me?

Follow the tips below to cut the perfect length:

  1. Loosen the screw on one side of the rope
  2. Place one foot on the centre of the rope
  3. Place both handles under your armpit - this is your standard skipping length
  4. Tighten the screw and test the length, if correct remove the black cap on the end of the wire, proceed to cut (we recommend leaving 3-5cm of additional length).
  5. Replace the black cap & ensure screws are tightened
(over tightening can cut into the PVC coating and shorten the life of the rope).

How do I store my rope when I am not using it?

We recommend not hanging your rope as the wire can kink, it is best to loop it like packaged when not in use.
