Easy Returns & Exchanges

We pride ourselves on our products and customer service and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is ever an issue with our products or services provided, please contact us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For change of mind and size exchanges, return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the product becomes damaged or faulty after use, we will work together with you to resolve the issue. If the product has been used according to its intended use and are still within the returns period, we will work together with you to organise a replacement or a refund.

We will not replace or refund if the product is damaged through incorrect use, outside the terms of use or through natural wear and tear.

If the product does not arrive in original condition or there is a fault, we will work together with you to ensure you are provided with what you purchased.

We do not refund goods unless they contain a manufacturer's fault or are damaged.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

If a giveaway or free item is damaged or faulty, the item will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. The item will be valued, not at retail cost, and store credit provided.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or mystery boxes.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

REQUESTING A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND

You can create a new return request by following the steps below.

Click here to access your account and request a return.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store such as if you are wanting to exchange the item for another size.
  8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, your refund or exchange request will be processed.

Alternative to the above, you can email sales@savagefitness.com.au to request a return. You will need your order number and email address with which you placed the order, both of which can be found in your order confirmation email.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout. 
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a refund or exchange.
