Ingredients
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 1/3 cups egg whites
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 tbs mince ginger raw
- 1 tsp mince garlic
- 1/2 small onion
Directions

Peel and dice the carrot, mince the onion, and finely chop the cauliflower or use a bag of ready cauliflower rice. Make sure to use the same portions.

Heat a large pan and place 1/2 tsp of olive oil. Next, add the onion, garlic, and ginger, and cook until golden.

Add the cauliflower rice, carrot, peas, sesame oil, turmeric, salt, and pepper to taste.

Stir to combine and cook with the lid on top until heated through.

Next, move them to one side of the pan and add the remaining oil and the egg whites. Let them cook and stir well.

Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
