HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer $8.99 standard shipping and $11.99 express shipping across Australia. We also offer FREE shipping for all orders over $129.99 within Australia and over $199.99 to New Zealand. Free shipping promotion only applies outside of major sale events.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. The email will contain your tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website. Please note that it can take up to 4 hours for Australia Post items to be searchable in the system.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

We pride ourselves on our products and customer service and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is ever an issue with our products or services provided, please contact us. No returns, exchanges or refunds can be provided on items returned in a used condition, or outside our terms and conditions.  Please note that refunds will be provided by the methods available to us at the time of your return. This may involve Bank Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card Reversal or Store Credit. Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds or credits to be processed. 

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If the product becomes damaged or faulty after use, we will work together with you to resolve the issue. If the product has been used according to its intended use and are still within the returns period, we will work together with you to organise a replacement or a refund. We will not replace or refund if the product is damaged through incorrect use, outside the terms of use or through natural wear and tear. If the product does not arrive in original condition or there is a fault, we will work together with you to ensure you are provided with what you purchased. 

 

HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

You can create a new return request by following the steps below.

Click here to access your account and request a return. 

  1. Log in to your account:

    • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund or exchange. Alternative to the above, you can email sales@savagefitness.com.au to request a return. You will need your order number and email address with which you placed the order, both of which can be found in your order confirmation email. We do not refund goods unless they contain a manufacturer's fault or are damaged. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
